Our story began with a passion for local wine and craft beer – and the vision to bring people together in the heart of Historic Downtown Grove City.

Husband-and-wife founders of Plum Run Winery and Grove City Brewing Co., Dave and Diane brought their passion for wine, craft, and community to life right here in Grove City.

Trevor serves as Head Brewer at Grove City Brewing Company, leading recipe development, production scheduling, and quality control across the brewery’s tap lineup. He oversees brewing operations from grain to glass, ensuring consistency, innovation, and technical precision in every batch. With a balance of creativity and process discipline, Trevor drives a beer program that supports growth, seasonal rotation, and a standout guest experience.

Joe serves as Winemaker for Plum Run Winery, leading the production, blending, and quality control of all wines from grape to glass. He oversees fermentation, aging, flavor development, and bottling to ensure each release reflects craftsmanship and consistency. Through both technical expertise and creative vision, Joe shapes a wine program that complements and elevates the overall experience at Grove City Brewing Company.

Amanda oversees all daily operations for both Grove City Brewing Co. and Plum Run Winery – from guest experience and staffing to menu development, events, and community partnerships. With a deep love for Grove City and a relentless commitment to service, she leads the team with heart, humor, and hands-on dedication.

Jodi Burroughs is a hands-on leader at Grove City Brewing Company and Plum Run Winery, overseeing everything from HR and accounting to daily operations and team development. She ensures the business runs smoothly by managing finances, supporting staff, coordinating departments, and solving problems in real time. From behind-the-scenes systems to front-of-house guest experience, Jodi plays a critical role in making sure every part of the operation functions at a high level.

Haleigh is a Front of House Shift Lead at Grove City Brewing Company + Plum Run Winery, where she helps create a welcoming and organized experience for both guests and staff. Known for her positive attitude, reliability, and ability to keep service running smoothly, Haleigh plays an important role in supporting the front of house team during busy shifts. Outside of work, her favorite role is being a mom to her toddler daughter, Amira, who keeps her smiling and on her toes. Her caring personality and strong work ethic make her a valued part of the team and the atmosphere guests have come to love.

Kim is a Front of House Shift Lead at Grove City Brewing Company + Plum Run Winery, bringing many years of hospitality industry experience and a deep passion for craft beer and guest service to the team. As a Cicerone Certified beer professional, Kim has extensive knowledge of beer styles, pairing, and service, helping create an elevated experience for guests while mentoring newer staff members along the way. Known for her strong leadership and approachable personality, she keeps shifts running smoothly while making guests feel right at home. Outside of work, Kim loves spending time with her black Mustang, which matches her bold personality and appreciation for classic style and performance.

Savannah is the Lead Bartender at Grove City Brewing Company + Plum Run Winery and one of the longest tenured members of the team. Over the years, she has become a familiar face to many of our regular guests thanks to her extensive knowledge, welcoming personality, and ability to create a fun and memorable experience behind the bar. Savannah’s leadership, consistency, and passion for hospitality have helped shape the culture of our bar program and guest experience. Outside of work, she loves traveling, attending concerts, and making memories wherever life takes her, bringing that same fun, energetic spirit into the atmosphere she creates for guests every day.

Ali is the Bar Operations Lead at Grove City Brewing Company + Plum Run Winery, where she helps keep the bar running efficiently through strong organization, leadership, and attention to detail. Known for her adventurous spirit and positive energy, Ali brings a fun and approachable presence to both the team and guests alike. From supporting day-to-day operations to helping create a smooth and welcoming bar experience, she plays an important role behind the scenes and on the floor. Her willingness to take on new challenges and jump into anything with enthusiasm makes her a valued part of the brewery and winery family.
